Shipment

The goods are sent to the address indicated in the order form, on the phone or via e-mail. The shop will inform the Client immediately about the order form which has been filled in incorrectly and which as a result makes it impossible to send the goods or can delay the shipment.

The goods are delivered by means of a professional courier company DHL or  Poczta Polska (Polish Post) or by personal pick up at the Seller's registered office.

The ordered goods are delivered within the date given next to each product on the website. It is an indicative delivery period and it concerns orders with a "cash on delivery" option. If you choose the "money transfer" or the "payment by card" or the "online transfer" option, you have to add the time needed for crediting the money to the bank account of the shop (it usually takes 1-2 working days) to the delivery time given on the website.

The shipping cost:

• PLN 15 - DHL Courier (only PL)
• PLN 20 - DHL Courier cash on delivery (C.O.D.) (only PL)
• PLN 20 - Poczta Polska (Polish Post) (only PL)

The maximum weight of one parcel is 10 kg. In case of bigger orders, the cost of delivery will be agreed individually.
